Tanya was first published in 2004 with the poem " If You Could Only See" featured in the Drury's Gazette. Tanya has over ten poems published including " I'm A Baker Too" published in 2007, Chicken Soup for the Soul "Kids In The Kitchen", publishers Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, and Chef Antonio Frontera.
